{Firemen Baby Quilt}

My girlfriend Meagan and her hubby Garrett had their baby Hudson back in November. Their first baby and he is just too darn adorable!
Just before he was born I found this firemen flannel at Joann's and had to make a blanket out of it for them because Garrett is a Fireman, so now Hudson has a daddy blanket. :)

I mad it like I made my hope quilt. Squares of fabric sewn right on top of the full sheet of fabric.

This was the first one that I tried hand-stitching on my label and now I do this on every blanket. It last longer than permanent marker.
