What helps YOU? Tell me!

As a follow up to my last post, I thought I would ask for y'all's input!
What do you do intentionally that helps the hard times be happy?
I would really love to hear from YOU.

(Thanks Sara for sending me the link!! It's so perfect!)

1st of all I don't know when you changed it but I LOVE your new blog title!! :)

I was trying to think of the things that help me come out of depression when I feel it start sinking in.
-Definitely being active, getting things done and not just letting myself lay around (although every once in awhile a lazy relax day is nice!)
-Keeping my house clean, even if I take care of the clutter in just one area, it brings in a better spirit!
-Fresh air! I force myself to get out and it always always helps somehow
-#1 top thing is the gospel, allllllll around. If I feel that depression I think "have I been slacking on prayers? Did I remember to read yesterday?" Even maybe, "have I done my visiting teaching?" It makes such an enormous difference in our lives...

Love you! Love your example. Miss you face like whoa...

Sara- I'm so glad you gave your input! You are such a beautiful faithful woman!I love all of your strategies. I feel the same about every one you said! When my house is messy it usually means my heart is too. :) And yes yes yes! My harder days are always the ones where I've forgotten some part of my gospel study (prayer, scriptures, vt etc!). Love you Sara and miss your face even more!
